Heather Mueller, Certified Social Security Non-Attorney Representative

Heather Mueller, a Certified Social Security Non-Attorney Representative in our Sioux Falls, South Dakota office, joined Disability Professionals in July 2010. In 2009, Heather passed the examination and met the eligibility requirements to serve claimants under the Social Security Demonstration Project – now the Social Security Disability Applicants’ Access to Professional Representation Act of 2010 (Public Law 111-142). Prior to joining Disability Professionals, she represented claimants as a public benefits administrator with our sister company, Midland Professional Services, since October 2007. Heather has over nine years of experience working with Social Security Disability Programs. Heather has earned an Associate Commissioner Citation for outstanding contributions and has been honored for her volunteer work at Southeastern Behavioral Health. Heather earned her B.A. in psychology and human services with a minor in sociology in 1992 from Westmar University in LeMars, Iowa. Contact Heather Mueller.
